MuchMusic posted a press release with its network highlights for the month of April, and accidentally posted the episode description for the Season 12 finale, The Time of My Life (SPOILER ALERT BELOW):

**********
Imogen can’t imagine saying goodbye to Fiona, and resorts to desperate measures to try keep them together. Clare attempts to move on with her life without Eli, while Mo wants to lock down a “bromance” with Jake before the summer.
**********

finale

It says the episode airs this Friday, but that’s obviously incorrect (Zombie Pt. 2 airs tomorrow).  The Time of My Life will air as a one-hour episode sometime in June or July.

  1. Im REALLY glad that Imogen is getting the A plot, she definitely deserves it. I don’t mind this being an Imogen/Fiona story, I’m just concerned over how “desperate” she goes to keep them together. HOWEVER, this episode may allow for Imogen’s past insecurities to arise again: the last time she was desperate for someone, she would’ve done nearly anything. She was terrifically manipulative in Dirt Off Your Shoulder, and I expect none the less here, plus a little character development and growth on her end.

  2. I agree with “hey” I’m glad Imogen has the A plot and although I like Mo as well they could have done something different than him trying to have a bromance with jake. Most of upset about Clare getting the b plot. As much as I love Clare there are other seniors who should have plots in this finale such as (Bianca, Marisol, Owen,) that could benefit from a B plot and Eclare has already had premiers and finales (S10 All falls down, Halo, Drop the world, S11 Lovegame, In the cold cold night S12 Come as you are, Scream, and now BSS and TTOML).. Whatever the writters are going to do what the writers do anyway well at least Imogen and Mo got some type of plot and lets hope the graduation is more sentimental than Holly J’s class because theirs was just to fast and poorly done in TAB(2)

  3. The thing that is interesting about this season finale is that while it is centered around the contrived couple, Fimogen, I like that it is focused on Imogen. However, I hope that the writers do not make her “desperate measures” look out of character or forced. I just hope that her perspective on the relationship is given which is what we’ve wanted since they got together a season ago. Please do not pull a “Karma Police” and cop out at the last second, Degrassi writers.

    1. Oh I just remembered something. Didn’t Fiona say in KP Part One that she and Imogen got into design school? So why is she worried about saying goodbye to Fiona? Unless they’re going to two separate design schools.

  8. Hmm… I forget where it’s from but wasn’t there a posting about TWO seniors that would be appearing next Season? We all know one of them is Drew, but from reading the story line and watching the promo, perhaps Imogen is also staying back? Doesn’t really makes sense if Fiona mentioned they both got into design school in “Karma Police Part 1” but maybe something will come up in the finale that stops her from going….

Ugh. I can’t believe we have to wait until June >.<
